Can a dwarf rabbit live with my guinea pigs?

So I went to the puppy den today, and I have two male guinea pigs. They get along fine, great really. The older one really baby's the younger one and is pretty sweet to him. I have never seen them even act rudely toward one another. They are very accepting. They have not always lived together, I had some problems with my old guinea pig and had to give him away because he was mean. I got advice to be careful when I introduced them, and I was. They got along just fine, and I never had to stop them from attacking each other. I saw a dwarf rabbit at the puppy den and fell in love with it. It's much less jumpy than the guinea pigs, and doesn't pee or poop on you. The lady said they could live together and they wouldn't fight. I really want it and would love to put them together as my cage is huge, I built it myself. Please let me know if you think it's a good idea. Thanks
