Should Pete Rose be reinstated and allowed to be inducted into the HOF?

Look if Micheal Vick is allowed to resume his NFL career, and if other roid users are allowed to continue playing sports , Then Charlie Hustle (Pete Rose) should be reinstated and inducted in the HOF.
