Whats a job that pays 50K+ that doesnt require a whole lot of schooling, 4 years at the most?

Okay im 17 im about to graduate in June of 2010. I thought i wanted to be a firemen but my interest's changed, I also was thinkin military (AIR FORCE/NAVY) but i figured i'd die. My friend wants me to come down and be a paramedic down in tennessee, my dad thinks i still want to be a firemen and when i tell him i no longer want to hes gonna flip, but oh well its my life. I know lawyers and docters and politics and everything in that nature makes money but i dont like seein dead people and i'd hate to screw up our economy anymore. i am willing to move anywhere in the U.S. thats not a problem.oh and desk jobs arent me. (I know i wrote alot and if u got this far thank you for being curtious and im sorry)
