Tippmann x7 keeps breaking . willl squishy pads top this?

new gun used it yesturday and every 20 or so it would spray a ball then shoot somee good oned then start breaking them again until i can't shoot one with out spraying it. My were just purchased but were obviously old becasue they were dimpled and not perfect buy no one else broke a single bal all day. Thinking of buying squishy paddles and praying that works. and my barrel was oiled.
