no,...neanderthal remnants can be seen in the short stocky peasant southern Italians, the yugoslavs, and a few other races. You can find "knuckle draggers" in all societies/cultures/breeds. The DNA would be of a physical appearance. There would be more neanderthal in the european that any other. If you go to Melbourne and/or Brisbane Australia, you will see evidence of humans having mated with "wombats" (a furry pig like animal that lives in underground holes.)
