Does my dad have a mental disorder?
he runs around the neighborhood wearing a superman costume and chases the cats around trying to "save" them from the neighborhood evils. he also chased my neighbor down the block while riding a broom stick screaming "you will never get my potatoe salad!!!" does my dad have a mental disorder?
