Help with some different delivery options please?

I want to transport a bicycle from norfolk to dorset (both UK) preferable via a quick courier service. I have no idea which companies are best at this type of delivery or how much it would cost. The bike is a racing bike. standing about 120cm tall, and i suppose. normal bike length. Please help.
