Is looking like a good guy a bad thing?

I'm 22 years old and people say I look like I'm 16. Girls say I'm cute but don't really want anything long or short term with me, people are usually shocked when they find out that I use profanity or do things that most adult college students do. What does this even mean, and is it a bad thing?
