Who are some good critics of Hamlet?

Charles Lamb, Samuel Taylor Coleridge, George Lyman Kitteridge, Dover Wilson (his `What Happens in Hamlet' is an excellent book) Sir John Gielgud(if you want an actor's critical view. Also you should see his 1964 production of `Hamlet' starring Richard Burton), T.S. Eliot, William Hazlitt. All of the above are reputable writers of Hamlet criticism. Any four of them would work well for you though I'd suggest Coleridge, Kitteridge, Wilson and Eliot. Good luck.........
