Help! using paper first aid tape. can't use any other. have to change bandage 2x's day. over a week. its raw.?

Dr. say I have staph infection..I am allergic to adhesive tape. using paper tape and bandages. I can't use regular bandaids. Now my skin is getting raw. What can I do?
