I was plowing the driveway with my truck and now it will not go all the way in to park?

its in park but not all the way so i cant take the key out i have to pull up on the sifter to take the key out. and it will not start in park have to start it in N . it runs fine i can drive it what could be wrong and how much would it cost to fix it
