What is the note range of a tenor and alto saxophone?

I've been looking every where but i can't seem to find a definate answer. I wanna know how many notes can be played by both insturments and the range of notes they cover(like how low it can go and how high it can go) WITHOUT having to use Altissimo. Thanks!
